• FH Solutions is not responsible for chargebacks, fraud losses, or penalties imposed by banks or card networks.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for policy violations or regulatory concerns.

• Setup fees, onboarding fees, and compliance charges are non-refundable once services have been initiated.
• Monthly service fees and processing charges are billed based on usage and are not refundable.
• Refund requests related to merchant transactions must be handled directly between merchants and their customers.
